Hard Drive replacement

I'm trying to replace my Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 Drive with a DiamondMax
10.
The problem is that the new one doesn't have a power connection.
Have I bought the wrong one or is there something else I need.

It should look like this. Maybe you are looking at the wrong end.

Is this a SATA drive? I don't have a picture, and I don't remember if they
use both type of power connectors, but there might be a small one next to
the SATA cable. The two cable look alike.
