Anyone have any good links on How-To for hard drive repair?

I've taken head stacks out and replaced them, even swapped some
platters. But looking to go a little further. I've got a flooded hard
drive and was wondering how the pro's do their repair on a hard drive
dropped in water or some other fluid.

There is no such animal.

Just dry it out once the excess fluid has been poured out, by putting it where its warm.
