Hard Drive Problem!

I put my hard drive from my old computer into my new one,
and XP said something wasn't compatable, and did
something to it. When I go into the hard drive, it shows
up as a 20mb hard drive. It's a 60g hard drive, with
30g's of data on it. Is all my data lost? Or is there
something I can do to fix this?

A few questions. What type of HD? IDE or SCSI? Was it
partitioned, and if so did you use fdisk or something like
partition magic? What was the file system?
