hard drive partitioning

I need to move files from the "small side" of my hard
drive to the large side. I have one hard drive that is
partitioned into two drives. I do not have a cd burner.
Any suggestions.

Files can be copied directly between the two partitions using the
Windows Explorer interface or the command prompt using Xcopy. The
pointers to various files may not work until you edit the Registry.
Programs should be uninstalled and reinstalled on the larger
partition to update the Registry. There are commercial programs
which will do this but they do not guarantee success.
