Hard drive partition help

Can anyone help me? My hard drive is 18.64 GB. 16.64GB
of that is partitioned off(Unallocated)so I only really
have 2GB of usable space. How do I undo that partition so
that I can have all 18.64GB as one active drive? I
appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks

- Re-install Windows, and allow the existing partition to be
deleted during the installation process. You will lose all
current information in the process; or

- Use a partition resizing tool such as PQMagic from PowerQuest.
