hard drive not in explorer

i have a wd 120 jb that detects fine and shows up in
bios, but wont show in explorer or disk management, i can
also see the drive in system, it is formatted and
partitioned, windows is also taking along time to load.

Your most likely error is your jumper setting, check

your jumper settings ot make sure it is all corect on
each of oyur hard drives and how thy are ocnnected
