Hard Drive Issue

I am trying to reload windos XP and when I do try to start is says that I don't have enough hard drive space. Well Sure enough I don't for some reason I only have 8mb on the C drive and 30Gb on the D drive. How can I get more on the C-Drive or can I load windows to the D Drive
 
Hi,

You can load to D if you like. What to delete on C depends on what you have
on there.
