Hard-drive: How to fix the partition/format

If this had been an older version of Windows I'd have
used fdisk....but since that program don't exist on XP I
have a problem.

I bought an HDD from a friend whos computer couldn't
handle the size of the HDD (250 Gb) but he had formatted
it already so now Windows says it's only 127 Gb when Bios
says it's 250....how do I fix this? cause I really need
the extra 120 Gb's

If somone knows what to do...please send me an E-mail.
 
The extra disk space should be seen in disk management. You can create a new partition there..
