I have 2 Win2000 machines that have developed the same
problem in the last couple of weeks. Both machines have
Norton Antivirus 2003 & Win2000 patches kept current.
Machines will boot up but sometimes they tell me the hard
drive can't be found & other times they boot to windows
then try to reboot after a time.
I suspect a virus or worm since both machines developed
the same problem around the same time.
Does anyone have a fix?

Downloading and running antivirus, antiworm, antitrogan would be a
nice start......
