hard drive crash

[PC Craze]

Out of three hard drive one hard drive crash. This server has raid 5 setup. I am having hard time finding the size that matches the other two. Other two are 36 gb SCSI 68 pin hard drive. Close that I could get is 36.7GB. I know I have heard that as long as this new hard drive is not smaller then the other two I should be fine, but I wanted more opinion on this.

Can you guys please give me your opinion before I go ahead and swap the hard drive and loose all my data?
