Hard drive cleanup after updates

After updates have been done,& if you don't want to
uninstall any of them-you've used the computer awhile &
everything seems to be functioning well, what
folders/files can be deleted? There is a folder
c:\windows\servicepackfiles & some others that start with
c:\windows\$ntuninstall & a few that start with
c:\windows\$ntservicepackuninstall. Can all this be
deleted?

Leave ServicePackFiles, it may be needed for repairs, installations
etc.
