Hard Drive Access Monitor Utility

Anyone know of a utility that 'monitors' hard drives to determine what
application/process is performing read/write operations?

Here's one, but don't think it works under XP...

I've got that!!! (The things you forget you have on the computer....)

Thanks for 'refreshing' my wetware.... Need a 'utility' to flush my
internal cache (besides my one beer on Friday's).
