I am running two drives, XP is running on the small drive
that is almost completely full. I have a second large
drive that is empty. I would like to get the two drives
to act as one. Is this possible and how do I do it?

Your answer is no. two drives will not act as one. Sugest puting operating
system on large drive and use small drive as storage.
A full hard drive is asking for problems.

Carl is right. Go to the web site of the vendor of the larger drive and
download their latest XP-compatible drive copy software and copy the
partition from the smaller drive to the larger drive. Make sure you
select the option to expand the smaller partition to fill the larger disk.
