I just made another one to share:

HappyTabber

Description:
The main function of this script is to enhance keyboard
webpage browsing. It can be launched with your browser to
navigate the URLs within a page quickly, without a lot of tab-
pressing or using your mouse. However, it is not just only
useful for navigating within a webpage. It may sometimes be
useful in other situations, since a lot of window controls
also can be navigated by the tab key if one is not using a
mouse.

After HappyTabber is launched, your arrow keys and pageup and
pagedown keys will become "tab-key jumpers". Here are how
they are assigned:

<Arrow up>: will press shift+tab key once to go backward
<Arrow down>: will press tab key once to go forward

<Arrow left>: will press shift+tab key 5 times to go backward
<Arrow down>: will press tab key 5 times to go forward

<Pageup>: will press shift+tab key 12 times to go backward
<Pagedown>:will press tab key 12 times to go forward

<End>: Toggle tab keys assignment.
<f2>: exit the program.

Again, I made this just for myself and launch and exit it with
my browser; just think that some might find it useful, too :)

90kb)
(Have not put it on my page yet)

I'm a keyboard junkie myself, this prog could be useful. Here's an idea -
some kind of browser add-in that displays each clickable link with a number;
type in the number to go to a link, press Enter to "click" the link. I
think Lynx (?) text-only browser works like that, but it wouldn't be a bad
idea for a graphical browser either.

Yes, the only thing is that one need to get a little bit use
to that. But to me it is better than press the tab key more
than 10 times (many times after the main frames on the top and
the side frames :-( ) and the to just get to the middle of
the page.

This is indeed a good idea. Yet, it is beyond me for now (not
really a "legit" programmer here, all I know is just to use
AutoIt to make little tools for myself).

I *think* it wouldn't be too difficult to get something like
"proxmitron" to get each link display a number with it; but
given that I am just using AutoIt, have not thought of a way
for it to "read the screen" and spot the number yet (perhaps
someday :-I ).
