Happy with Vista

Well, I spent almost an entire day installing, uninstalling and reinstalling
programs, tweaking, restarting, and waiting. If you asked me then, I would
have told you to flush Vista down the tiolet. But, now that it's over and
things are running smoothly, I really do like Vista.

My advice to new users: be prepared to wait and do a lot of tweaking to get
it the way you want.

But, overall, I like it.

I agree, started pulling my hair out trying to figure out where everything
was. Then I poured myself a drink settled down and read some useful help
files and everything started coming together. It kind of grows on you after
a bit.

I like it........................

You will like it a lot more the more you use it.

It has lots of hidden benefits under its beautiful UI. I hate using XP now
when I have to go back to it.

I can see MS bashers jumping at this with jokes like:

- The more you drink, the more you like it, everything starts coming
together and making sense.
- Drunk is the only condition in which one can actually like Vista.
- Personally, I can't drink THAT much.

Sorry, just couldn't resist :-)

I'll drink to that.
