I think they should re-release the Speccy 48k again using Mobile technology and add obviously more memory but using the same case format as before.

Maybe HD version and Standard Composite, RF versions aswell

They would sell incredibly well i think
 
I always wanted a Spectrum whan I was looking around for a computer for our daughter.
I remember seeing some in a shop in Streatham. In the end we went for a Acorn,which was nice.

I really don`t know why we celebrate St Georges day. There in no proof that such a person ever existed. He was first mentioned by returning Crusaders who probably heard it off some travelling story teller on the dusty road to Jerusalem,and thought ..."this`ll wow the folks back home"

Supposedly born in Syria, between 275 and 285 AD, and became a martyr when, as a soldier, he refused to give up Christianity. Executed by the Romans who were non-Christian at the time, 303AD, so he was not very old which ever birthdate you take.

The story of the slaying of the dragon is said to represent George attacking both Satan and the Roman Empire.

Amazingly he is patron saint of Georgia, England, Egypt, Bulgaria, Aragon, Catalonia, Romania, Ethiopia, Greece, India, Iraq, Lithuania, Palestine, Portugal, Serbia, Ukraine and Russia.

Strange that he is revered in countries with different religions.

But is there any proof of his existance,Nivrip. I feel it is all a myth.

And that ain't no myth ;)

I still can't understand how lots of English folk celebrate St Patrick's Day yet choose to do nothing on St Georges Day.

Of course I think it's all a pile of baloney meself but if vast amounts of Guinness are supped in March, why not several pints of Bitter on 23rd April? Just a thought.
 
sadly did not get to enjoy the day as i worked a 14hr day!!:mad:
hence an early finish today.:D
