Hanging computer - Error logs included

Good day.

I posted a message last night (our time) and mentioned
that my screen was freezing. I believe the logs below
are due to the error causing this fault. Can anyone
please help me and perhaps explain what this error
means. I appreciate the suggestion that it could be my
graphics card, but would like to know if anyone knows
which module this is that is returning the error message,
as it is the same code for all the applications.

I believe that is Windows Media Player. Looks like its
freezing on you. Im not sure of a solution besides not
using it, but I believe thats the problem
