Hello,
I have been having trouble with our 2000 server
periodically hanging. When it freezes, the mouse and
keyboard will not work and all services seem to hang. It
only hangs when I am logged in and working directly on the
server. The server will run for weeks without a hitch, but
when I am logged in, it will suddenly hang, sometimes
several times a day, sometimes once a week. It seems to be
very sporadic. No events are logged as a result of the
hang.
I searched all the log files I could and can only find
entries in the mbemcore.log that look like they may be of
concern. I have no idea what these log entries mean or how
to correct them. I am not even sure that they are related,
but it seems the dates in the log MAY relate to the dates
of the freezes (not sur though)
The following is a snip of the log. Can anyone help?
Thanks
