Handy Scanner (no more on shops)

I need an handy scanner (manual scanner/scanner manuale), just to scan
some little document.
It will be very usefull a little scanner then a flatbed one.
I am not able to find one of this old kind of scanner, someone knows
where I can look for?
I'm in Italy, but...
