I find that an Outlook distribution list can only hold about 25-30 addresses.
What is the easiest way to handle a large (about 350) emailing.

Outlook distribution lists can hold about 125 entries, in general (although
that's not a fixed size - it depends on how long the name and address
strings of the members are). If you're having trouble at around 25-30, it's
probably your ISP that is limiting the number of recipients.

The easiest ways are categories or separate contacts folders and mail merge.

thanks for the quick response -

I have checked with our ISP/administrator (and the Outlook user manual) and
seems to be the limitations of Outlook because of the large amount of data we
attach to each name.

so you have any hints on the easiest way to accomplish a "dynamic" merge
(always getting the most current data without having to resave the list)?
