I would like to sync my casio with my microsoft 2003. I had it set upi
so it worked with my old 2000 version of outlook, but since I upgraded
to a new laptop and outlook 2003 it wont let me sync the two of them
together. Are there any suggestions on what programs I may need to
make this work?

You might need to re-install ActiveSync or upgrade (free) to either Version
3.7 or 3.7.1 The 3.7.1 is the latest version and I would use that if it
works OK on your system. Some people have problems with it and use 3.7
instead.
What happens when you try to sync ? Any error messages ?

This computer reads the palm and the port but it wont open the
software so the ActiveSync is not working at all with this new
operating system. I will try what you suggested though. Thank you

Are you trying to use ActiveSync on a Palm (the brand) type PDA or a
Microsoft Pocket PC Windows PDA ? ActiveSync is only for the Pocket PC and
not for Palm, they have their own sync program.

it still, even updated, say that it can not connect to the handheld
PC. Do I need any other program other than ActiveSync 3.7.1?? if so,
what would I need to download? any help is appreciated. Thanks

it is a Casio not a Palm. I am not sure what platform it runs on
though, but it does use the Cassiopeia Software.
