Hi Xavier,
That's an indication that your video card doesn't have the
Pixel Shading technologies required for those advanced
graphics settings. You should upgrade your video card if
you want to see the full spectrum of visual effects available
now in DirectX 9 gaming technology, or if you're satisfied
with the quality of your current setup leave it as it is.
