halo:vista rc1 text not appearing

text is not appearing when i play halo ce multiplayer
i am running windows vista RC 1 build 5600, and i did not have this problem
when i was using xp
 
Hi SheeAIDS,

For Missing Text/Chat: Reinstall XML from the HALO CD directly
by running msxmlenu.msi which is located in the Redist directory.

wat is the xml?
when u say run do u mean go to the meu (start) then click rub and put that in?

is it possible u can link a website with the download, i have the cd but im
no computer guy.
