half the veiw is missing on right click

Half the veiw is missing on right click.I get white box
over a black one,short of 3D.All items not showing till I
run the pointer down the box.All things affected
are,right click,some toolbar buttons,and tray
icons.looked 4-ever 4 settings to change.Please help B-4
I pull the rest of my hair out,for this is driving me
CRAZY.Thaks for all help.

Right click on your desktop,then properties,effect
Click to expand...
button,top box-check if unchecked,change to scroll effect
from fade,OK and apply.that will keep the hair on your
head not in your hand.your welcome. M+M
