Half life 2 coupon with which cards?

What manufacturers are including half life 2? I am going to buy the 9600 XT
128mb, I'm looking at Saphires, ATi, and Gigabyte. Do any or all of these
companies include a Half Life 2 coupon?
 
I know Sapphire includes it with some of their cards. Namely the ones
entitled Full Retail Version have it, and the lite versions do not.
Good luck differentiating between the two. I do know the 256MB version
on Newegg.com does not include it. I only know that because, like a
typical jerk, I got one without thinking and now I have to return it. =/
