Hacked or stolen password

I have reason to believe that someone in my office has
either hacked my personal MSN email account or stolen my
password. I have contacted MSN tech support trying to
find out where to report this and how to deal with it, but
they are sending me around in circles..suggesting I file a
report with www.abuse.msn.com but I can't get that URl to
work. Since it is MSN that is being hacked, you'd think
they'd be interested in helping me, but it doesn't seem
like it. I even have a good idea of the IP address that
the hacker or thief is using. Does anyone know how I can
get MSN's confirmation that someone else is looking at my
email account?

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user or a Hotmail/MSN newsgroup.

BTW I can't currently get through to the link you provided, but it
sounds like the correct place to go. The people you are talking to don't
have the tools or training to handle your issue.

My guess is they have your password and that is really not MSN's fault.
Maybe it would be a good idea to change your password and move on.

You can report this - including all pertinent details - to:
(e-mail address removed). And, as Joseph suggested, you should change your
password immediately.

Something else you should be aware of is that once you install or otherwise
access "personal" items (such as your MSN account) on a company-owned
computer, you have no guarantee that "personal items" will remain personal.
Your employer has the right to track any and all activities you perform on
that computer, which could include monitoring email and other internet
usage. A "good policy" to keep in mind is - "If it's really personal, do
not put it on your work computer."
