help please

I don't know if this is the right group but I am trying to print
blacker (UV blockout) transparencies on an old Epson stylus 640 for
stamp making, is there a way of hacking the drivers to deliver more ink
or double pass, I can put the media through twice but the registration
is out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I got an El' cheapo Samsung laser for making PCB's using uV light, I
now do the same thing using toner transfer paper, the stuff you iron
on which is far superior and takes all the guessing out of the
exposure.

I found inkjets a little 'fickle' in blocking uV, I got better
results by printing two designs on clear film, you make one in
reverse print, this allows you to stick the two together back to back
with the prints on the outer side using clear glue.

The results also depends on the ink I would imagine, pigmented type's
being better than dye based I would say.

As a note, if you contemplate using clear film get the ones designed
for inkjet use, you print on the rough side, don't attempt to use
these in laser printers you need to use the ones designed for laser
use.
