The idea that that city in Florida is not such a laughing matter but,in my opinion a very wise move.
Just think of all the waste matter that is generated in our cities by humans.If it could be harnessed
in the way some pig farmers do to generate power,then our power needs would,to a certain extent
be met.Build giant digesters instead of coal powered power stations or nuclear ones much cleaner.
By the way I`m not a beliver in global warming caused by man.
