I cannot unload pictures from the camera/port. A script
message saying this object does not support this property
or method.
HP was no help. I reinstalled the software after
removing it more than once and it did not help.
Any more suggestions?

What happens if you connect the camera and
go to...My Computer...is the camera listed as
a drive? If it is...you should be able to download
the images to a folder of your choice on your hard
drive.

One simple alternative may be to purchase a
USB memory card reader.
