H P Photosmart 4200 printer/scanner

I have a new H P computer and my old HPscanner was not compatable with the
new PC. I bought a new HP Photosmart printer and it works fairly well with
Vista but the I can't get the printer to print envelopes. The address is
always in the wrong space. It's like Vista can't communicate with the
printer. I have talked with HP Tech help and they say it's a Vista problem.
Microsoft Tech say's it's a printer problem.
Any suggestions?
