h.323 error

I was using media player11 to add video and music files to my library to
stream content to my xbox360 when i got an error message and then MP11 shut
down. I opted to send information to microsoft about the error and it came
back with the more information tab which recommended that I go to the
peveloper of the h.323 program for an updated file, going there the only
program available is to develop programs in h.323. I'v gotten this message
before with windows exlplorer and still have no idea how to fix it. I am
running winXP sp3 with all recent updates. If anyone knows how to fix this i
would appreciate it.

ok just adding to this. got the error message again: Windows Media Player
Network Sharing Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience. I couldn't copy and paste all the other
technical details that were available. I will write them out if it happens
again. I opted again to send the information to microsoft because I don't
know how to debug it, and got the same information about the opensource h.323
project:

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer.Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
