Gyration wireless keyboard problem

I'm unable to access my systems BIOS using my wireless keyboard. Gyaration
tech support says the only way this problem can exist is if my USB devices
are disabled in the BIOS. They are enabled, so they obviously don't know
what they're talkng about. Windows has the a generic HID driver installed
and a regular generic microsoft keyboard driver installed. I have to wait
for Windows to boot up to have use of the keyboard. Toa access my BIOS I
have to connect a regular wired keyboard. I know other people who have the
same Gyration keyboard that have no problem using it to access their systems
BIOS. Can anyone help? I've tried deleting the drivers, uninstalling aand
reinstalling the software, etc. and nothing has made any difference as of yet
Thanks.

Windows drivers aren't going to affect your ability to use the keyboard in
the bios.

What you're going to need to do is connect another keyboard, get into the
bios, and look for a setting for "legacy usb support" or something similar,
and make sure that's enabled.

If that doesn't work, it may be an issue with your particular motherboard.
