Try AP Guitar Tuner available along other nice utilities here:

AP Guitar Tuner has gone shareware. This may be an older version though.

Yes it has but the version on this site is completely freeware.

I've tried quite a few, but haven't found one better than MiniTuner:

It's light on resources, and works great. Highly recommended.
