GuidePlus+ Problem NO SERVICE!

It's been three weeks now since I can not update the weekly updated
listings.

Has GuidePlus+ cancelled there online server services?

GuidePlus+ has been down for 3 weeks now.

I'm in the US and it works fine for me. Just download the latest update
again to make certain...

check again. It goes thru the motions, but does nothing else.
 
I'm living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA 53202.

and tried other Zip codes in Wisconsin...and NO go...

Tried other major cities zip codes around where I live, like Chicago, Ill.
And WORKS!

Why not Wisconsin?
 
I've found that Guide Plus+ occasionally needs to be re-installed ... try
that and see.

Wisconsin, U.S.A. is turned off. I tried all 1361 zip codes in Wisconsin,
none of the zip codes in Wisconsin work.

All surrounding US states work, But, NOT WISCONSIN, WHY?.

For example,

State of Illinois - works!
State of Michigan (Upper/lower) - works!
State of Minnesota - works!
State of Iowa - works!

....But, the channel guide is screwed up.
 
Sorry .. missed that 'reinstal' bit ... since there is no way that us
regular peons can contact Guide Plus+ (at least no way that I've been able
to find) I'll be willing to bet that something is wrong on thier part .. BUT
THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT .. since we can't tell them :-(

For instance .. my local cable company started carrying OLN but the Guide
Plus+ hasn't reflected that change in over two months.
 
I'm having the same problem as above for zip 48316, and detroit area
Zip codes (48202 et. al.) I was able ot get updates from NYC zip code
10001. My last good update for 48316 was on 2/26.
 
It does alot, gives ATI the heads up on the problem and ATI reports the
problem to GuidePlus+.

But, If they don't get reports on the problem, nothing is done about it.
