Guide Plus+ for TV Wonder Pro?

Just got this card and it works, but damn the installation CD is
goofed. I can't even tell what's on there. Supposedly it installed
but I don't get any new feature out of it. I had to install the
multimedia center from the ATI site to watch TV. Also there's no Guide
Plus+. Unfortunately that does not seem to be available on their site.
Any clues for the unclued? Crap like this really ticks me off.
 
The Guide+ is located on the CD but you must look through its directory. It is an
appropriately named folder.
