Gui Xcopy Batch Command, Need advice

I'm looking for a gui xcopy batch program for Windows XP. I have two hard
drives and I'd like to create an icon to automatically copy the directories
I specify to a location on the second drive for backup. I could create a
pif file to do this but I'd prefer a gui interface. I don't know VB.

No PIF file needed, but a batch file. Write down the XCOPY commands in
Notepad and then save this file as {filename}.BAT. Create a shortcut
for the file on your Desktop or in the Start Menu.
 
Thanks. Sorry that is what I was talking about. What I'd like to do is
have a gui interface to do this, not a command prompt. I was wondering if
there was a free utility for this or if there was a way of making briefcase
do this on your PC to sync with another drive.
 
Great, thanks. I'm going to have to ask for mor info. I have a PC, and I
don't see the briefcase accessory. Can you tell me where I might find a
good web page describing how to access it and if there is a way to make it
auto copy specific directories.

Of course you can use the Briefcase or the Offline Folders feature
instead of XCOPY, but if you want to do this and want to synchronize
and have fancy pictures instead of the old-fashioned command-line
window you can as well get a third-party file synchronizing tool. But
I can say that it is not worth the money (usually).

There is no way to automate the Briefcase, you have to use the Offline
Folders feature for this.

Thanks for following up. I think your suggestion about purchasing a utility
seems to be the best option. I was hoping the briefcase might have a mod to
allow this but it doesn't seem capable of doing this in it's native format.

It is a very basic feature and not very comfortable if you have to
synchronize a large amount of data often.
