Guestbook

i cant get my guestbook to work properly. when you click submit on it,
internet explorer comes up with page not found. i haven't got a clue what im
doing wrong. here is my page address. help appreciated

The guestbook requires the FrontPage server extensions install on the host
server. My test indicates they are not installed.
