Can someone please help me.
I am using frontpage 2002 and everytime i go to the Guest
book try to submit something i get an error message
saying:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to the site's webmaster
Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more
details.

I am using yahoo and frontpage 2002 server extenstions
are supported. I have read the other posts and tried
setting everything back to the default setting. I even
deleted my page started again from scratch and still
can't get the guestbook to work properly. On a side note
when i access the website for the computer that has
frontpage 2002 on it I can add comments to the guestbook
but not from another computer. Also the results from the
guest book are stored in an html file called
Guestlog.html. The site is at
www.childrenindarkness.com. Can someone please help me on
this. Thanks in advance for the help

You need to contact Yahoo to see what is in the log file, as well as have them check the permissions
on your account.

You are trying to use two identical file names one for the form Guestlog.htm and one for
the results guestlog.htm but one has an uppercase G and the other doesn't

Go into form properties and change the name or the save results page named guestlog.htm to
something else such as mylog.htm and save the page

Then delete the lower case guestlog.htm and publish

hth

Still need to contact Yahoo regarding the permissions on the account.

The guestlog.htm results file also references Guestlog.html instead of Guestlog.htm
I "think" that's the whole issue as both files are in the root of the web.

And as Thomas recommended, have your host check the permissions settings. Soon!!
