Guest user not able to save

Hi All,

I am facing a very typical problem with Win2K Professional
Operating System. When I login with guest account every
time I have to change the required settings. For example
everytime i login with guest account...

1. I get the Welcome Screen (even after I disable the
welcome screen)
2. I have to specify the proxy settings in the internet
explorer

Any changes done by Guest Users is applicable till the
user is logged in. As soon as the guest user logs off the
settings are discarded and requires reimplementation on
next logon
