GUEST ACCOUNT

I have 3 accounts in my com:
1.Administer
2.Limited
3.Guest

The first two accounts are completely ok, OK?
The third one has Win 98 theme and cant change to XP theme,
programs fail trying to open them,
WE like 98,
Also right clicking a file, choosing "Send to" only "Send to floppy Disk" is
there.
I tried deleting Guest' Document & Setting, but no result.
(No virus detected with MacAfee...)

YOUR HELP NEEDED

The "guest" account is VERY VERY limited. Don't bother to use it. Set up
a new user instead.
 
I ALREADY KNOW THAT !
but I need its limited accesses and that's why struggling with that
(I may be wrong ..... but what is right and what is wrong?)
