Groups in 2003

Hi,
I have 1 win2003 AD in native 2003 mode and 5 NT4 domains.

1 ISA 2000 server in 2003 domain for all users in 5 NT domains.

I can't add groups from NT domains to global or universal groups in the AD,
but i can't add domain local groups to policies in ISA.

i want give permissions of one group for http access in ISA and then add NT4
global groups to this.
What's the best way to achieve this?

Do you have trusts setup between AD domain and NT domains ?

Do you have your External Trusts setup between your 2k3 domain and your NT
domains? If no trusts are setup then this is impossible. I would also read
up on Windows 2003 server Forest and Domain Function levels. Here are some
