Grouping when only one field is different

I'm trying to run a report that lists the following:
Institution
File Name
File Facts
Attorney
Date Opened

The problem that I'm having is that I have multiple records that are EXACTLY
the same, except for the attorney field. I would like to be able to group
the all of that information together and then list the attorney assigned to
that file. How do you think I can accomplish this?
 
Create a grouping section on all but the Attorney field and place the fields
in the group header. Place only the Attorney field in the detail section.
 
Now that I have that problem fixed. Can I limit the number of attorneys to
only the top three in decending order?
