I am using a field to group on in my report. Right now both the header and
footer of that field are visible in the report. I need to move the field
header above the page header is this possible and if so how can I do that?

No can do.
The Page header prints at the top of the page.
Perhaps you can simply add the page header controls to the Group
header (where you want them) and not show the Page header at all. Set
the Group Header Repeat Section property to Yes to have it print on
each page.

If you only expect to have one grouping field per page you could drag the
grouping field into the page header and above any page header fields you
have. Then place a page break at the bottom of the detail section to force a
new page on each record of your grouping field.

Actually on further thought if you place the page break in the grouping
field footer it would make more sense.

Here is what I am trying to do. I have multiple customers and I need to page
break on each customer so I can print our multiple customer reports without
building each report separately or running the same report a million times.
I want to have the report header on the first page of each customer report
(customer header) and the page header on each page but when I do this the
header information shows up under the page header and the report doesn't look
right. Is there another way to do since it is not possible move the customer
header abover the page header?

This is what I would do. Put the Report Header information, the Customer
information and then the Page Header information in the Page Header area of
the report. Then place a Page Break in the footer of the Customer Group
footer. This should give you the Report and Page Header information on every
page and the Cutomer Information should appear in between them and should
change as the report goes from one customer to the next.
