Grouped Line Graphs just don't seem to work

In a grouped data report (with line item data - supply requests), I want a
line chart in each grouped heading (Number/Mon-Yr), grouped to 4 levels (All,
Campus, Division, Dept, Office). The line charts seem to only function at
one grouping, not nested in multiple groupings. And seem to loose data focus
with any change to the report page formatting. Help!
