Searched this group and other Excel groups with no success.

I have 50 plus worksheet, and each worksheet has two charts (multiple
stacked bar charts).

We've finally finished entering the data into each worksheet, and I
need to "spruce up" the charts. I didn't worry about this until now,
as I thought (perhaps incorrectly) that I could just group the
worksheets, and change the formatting as required, and each chart on
each worksheet would be updated.
Well, there doesn't appear to be any way to do this, as I cannot
select the chart with more than one worksheet selected. OHHHHHHH
NOOOOOOOO....

Perhaps the best (only) way to do this is to create a macro, but I
don't know how to get a macro to work through the worksheets to apply
the changes. Seems like there would be a way to group these charts
and change formatting (?)

This workbook contains about 100 worksheets ( I haven't counted
lately) but only about fifty or so have worksheet that contain charts,
the other work sheets are timesheets with no charts.

I'm on the very edge of my expertise here (as usual), and any help is
Greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Format the charts on the first sheet. Copy one chart, then go to sheet
2, select the corresponding chart, choose Paste Special from the Edit
menu, and select Formats. Go to sheet 3 and repeat this on the
appropriate chart. If you don't do anything else after one paste
special, you can use the F4 key to repeat the action. Not truly
automatic, but pretty quick. The only problem is that pasting formats
for some inexplicable reason also pastes the contents of the chart title
and axis titles.
