Group Similar Taskbar Buttons - Is this a bug?

I am not sure if I can reproduce this again. I am taking the screenshot of
today’s problem. Today, I got Windows Explorer and Lotus Notes grouped into
one task button. Is this a bug? (I have taken screenshot of this. I am not
sure how I can attach it here)

Sorry I can't answer your original question, but as for attaching
pictures, this is a text newsgroup. If you want to make a picture
available, put it on a Web page and post the URL here. Your ISP
probably gives you free Web space, but if not there are tons of sites
that do.
