Group Schedules

Is it possible to create a central Group Schedule on the server rather than
each user creating a separate Group Schedule in their own Outlook Calendar
folder? If yes, where is the central Schedule created?
 
Group schedules are hidden items in each individual calendar folder. The owner of a calendar folder in the Public Folders\All Public Folders hierarchy could create one there.
