Hey all,
Some background before the question. We are running outlook XP/2003 and on
Exchange 5.5.
I have a manager that I needed to re-direct their mail because they couldn't
manage their mailbox and stay under corporate limits.
Their Mailbox calendar (exchange side) has default permissions of Reviewer.
Their team uses Group Scheduling. Team-mates see the managers time as solid
blue bars but not detailed entries.
They want their employees to see the Details of their calendar in the group
schedule.
I told them that they should be thankful that their team can see blocked out
time.

Is it possible to get the details to come across?

Disk space is cheap. I think they should demand larger mailbox quotas and an
new Exchange admin...

tools, options, calendar option - planner options - what do they have
selected for details?

The exchange servers are not under my direct control. So i am at the mercy
of our corporate office. End user E-mail management is the direction they
have chosen to go and even if you gave the end user more space they would
fill it up and want more (in my option).

In Planner Option:
Under Meeting Planner
Show popup calendar details is checked
the other option isn't

Under Group Schedule
Both boxex are checked.
