group records with week start day of Monday

I am making a payroll report, my problem is the default start of week is Sum.
Payroll starts on Mon., so if an employee works on Sun. it will be grouped
with this weeks time and not last week.
Can I change Access to reconize Mon. as the first day of week?
 
If you check Help (while in a module) on DatePart(), you will find that it
allows you to set the starting day of the week. Format() aslo has this option.
