We setup a password policy on our domain. I need to be able to allow a group of users to bypass this policy. For some reason even whern I remove the policy from the domain it still is in effect. How do I ethier get rid of this policy or mby pass this. Any help would be appreciated.

Can it in the Default domain policy. Force a refresh on the DC using secedit
/refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce. Check the app event log for scecli
1704 and then use "net accounts" to view the effective settings. Note the
policy has to be defined in the default domain policy do not set it to not
defined or it will not work. You can not bypass this policy it is for
everyone or none. You may have to reboot to get it to reset
